The mission of Jedi Moving Solutions is to provide highly professional moving services in Jacksonville and its surrounding areas. Company Policy
1. Jedi Moving Solutions, LLC requires a 72 hour cancellation notice for those who have scheduled a move and wants full $75 deposit refund.
2. Hourly Rates include movers, truck, equipment with basic insurance and does not carry any other fees.
3. The customer or a representative must be present during the move and final “walk through”. It is customer’s responsibility to do a final “walk-through” of the premises to assure all items have been taken, when moving services are provided.
4. You must pay in full at the time job is complete. Payment methods accepted: Cash, Zelle, Paypal (visa/mastercard/discover/american express). For credit card payment your name and the name on the credit card should match. You will be asked to sign for credit card payment.
5. If the move requires more work than the job description, Jedi Moving Solutions, LLC reserves the right to fulfill other obligations before completing additional work. In order to make our schedule on time for the next move, we reserve the right to postpone additional requested services until our next availability or after completion of other jobs that day.
6. Jedi Moving Solutions LLC will not move items that we feel are unsanitary conditions or unsafe.
7. For safety reasons, you must let us know if you have pets up front. Small children and pets must be out of work area.
8. We are often asked to perform tasks that are borderline impossible. Jedi Moving Solutions LLC will not be responsible for damage caused by non-routine moving including but not limited to, standing pieces on end, sharp turns, over-crowded work areas, difficult stairways, snags and sharp edges in work areas and doorways, handing over balconies, railings, etc., tight squeezes, and damage caused by weather.
9. Simulated wood products and pressed board have poor structural integrity which does not lend itself to moving or repair. We will move these items carefully but cannot be responsible for damage of simulated wood or pressed board furniture.
10. Damage claims must be noted on the contract at the completion of move. We ask you to report any and all claims within 2 days of your move. Please email description and photos of all damages for claim at jedimovingsolutions@gmail.com.
